Monopoly
Our leaving do will be on Saturday 19th (the weekend before we fly) and start in Old Market Square at 1PM.
We have drawn up a Monopoly Board where each property is a Pub in Nottingham City Centre (each colour has a theme to tie them together)
The rules are as follows
Taking it in turns to roll the dice we will proceed around the board partaking of a drink in each pub.
The person who rolled the dice last is responsible for ordering (payment from a kitty).
Double means you roll again.
3 Doubles means Jail (Chambers).
Community Chest & Chance Cards will contain various forfeits (feel free to suggest any ideas before the day).
All forfeits will apply to the group unless clearly stated as Card Picker Only.
All tram stations must be arrived at via tram.
Eating is Cheating.
When Landing on Free Parking a soft drink must be taken in the current establishment.
Port & Lemon must be drunk whilst in Jail (Although not while visiting).
A double spirit must be consumed to leave Jail.
Income Tax £1 per person into the Bandit (All money won will be added to the kitty).
Super Tax 50p per person into the Bandit (All money won will be added to the kitty).
Every time a dice roll takes us passed GO, whoever rolled the dice must select any drink (pleasant or vile) to be consumed by everyone in the current establishment.
At other times any drink may be consumed unless directed otherwise by Free Parking, Community Chest or Chance.
Anybody taking advantage of the above rule to skip alcoholic refreshment shall be mocked relentlessly and without mercy.
Acceptable drinking levels are ½pint, bottle or single spirit per pub for boys; ½pint, bottle or single spirit per alternate pub for girls (a soft drink must be consumed when not partaking of alcohol).
NB Loud obnoxious girls such as Plumb, Grant & Young are required to drink at boy levels.
If any pub is closed or the queue is too long it will be replaced with the nearest pub that is not on the board. Whoever rolled the dice will be required to write a letter of complaint the next day.
